Payment & Shipping

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the item description, the goods will be dispatched within 3–6 working days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment: after receipt of payment).

Live food is shipped in batches on the shipping days listed below.

Tuesday & Wednesday

We receive fresh stock from the breeder on Mondays. Shipping is bundled on fixed days to optimize quality and transit times.

Order cut-off

Fully paid by Sunday 9:00 p.m.

Payments received later are automatically scheduled for shipping in the following week.

Right of withdrawal: Live food is classified as perishable goods and is therefore excluded from withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) no. 2 German Civil Code (BGB).

Winter shipping

€5.50 (incl. 1 heat pack)

Depending on order size: styrofoam box or carton with insulation.

Important note

At temperatures below 10 °C we strongly recommend adding winter packaging.

Without winter packaging we unfortunately cannot accept any liability for frost damage or loss of animals.

Complaints / Transport damage

If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately and send us meaningful photos (outer carton/label/inner packaging/items) to allow for a quick assessment.

Replacement deliveries are made as a gesture of goodwill for orders with a goods value of €10 or more. Below this amount we reserve the right to issue a credit note or refund instead.

Terrariums

Terrariums can be collected by arrangement or shipped via a forwarding agent commissioned by the customer. Alternatively, handover is possible at trade fairs and shows attended by us.

Note: Custom-made products / items made to measure may be excluded from the right of withdrawal (see our cancellation policy).
