Except as specified in the description of any other period, the delivery of the goods within 3 - 5 days after the contract or in live food within 3-5 days after the first shipment after the contract (in advance only after receipt of the full purchase price and the shipping costs).
The shipping days for living food are thuesday and wednesday !
We are supplied with fresh live food products Monday.
In order to guaranteeing them always fresh product, we can only accept orders until Sunday 21:00 PM, and paid for sending in the following week.
Terrariums must be picked up at our office or by the customer can, by mail order or shipping and prior consultation with us, will be collected from us.
The transfer can take place on a visit from our stock market.,

Advance payment
Advance payment you receive when ordering an e-mail with our bank account and the total amount.
Your goods will be reserved upon the order and they will not "snapped up" by bank processing times.
Once your payment is entered in the accounts with us their goods in transit goes.

You can shop comfortably from us after the third successful appointment by direct debit.
