Feeder Insects – Shipping Information

To make sure your feeder insects arrive fresh and safe, we ship in one weekly batch. Orders and payments received by Sunday, 9:00 pm will be shipped on Tuesday of the following week.
Schedule & Examples
- Order + payment until Sun, 9:00 pm: Shipping on Tuesday.
- Order/payment from Monday onwards: Shipping on Tuesday of the next week.
- Example 1: Order on Sun 8:30 pm → Shipping Tue same week.
- Example 2: Order on Mon 8:00 am → Shipping Tue next week.
Weather & Delays
During extreme heat, frost, strikes or holidays it may be necessary to delay shipping by a few days to protect the animals and ensure safe arrival. In such cases, we will inform you via email.
Tips for safe delivery
- Please ensure that someone is present on the delivery day (avoid long storage with neighbors or pick-up stations).
- In winter use winter packaging/heat packs, in summer make sure to store in a cool place.
- Open the parcel immediately upon arrival and check the contents.
Payment & Processing
- Shipping takes place after payment has been received (the booking date decides the weekly assignment).
- Make sure your address is complete and correct (house number, company name if applicable).
- Please note: Any preferred delivery options are arranged directly with the parcel service.
Important
Feeder insects are shipped in one weekly batch to minimize transport time and ensure quality. Please understand that orders placed after Sunday, 9:00 pm will only be processed the following week.
